I am sure we both agree that once you have sexual impropriety in those deployments all hell breaks loose. I think the arrest is a tag along part of the story and can't see it being the driving force behind the recall.

As a serious question, what do they consider sexual impropriety? Obviously if it's sexual assault or rape, you need to drop the hammer, but do they consider a bunch of people sleeping around a serious detriment as well?
