10 years ago a basement bathroom rough in was $500.
I am currently building and was given quotes for the following:
- Rough in for a wet bar- $350
- Wiring and termination for 7.1 in the bonus room; around $400. (5.1 was only $40 less, which is why I'm going with 7.1)
