That sounds like crazy talk.
It seems pretty obvious:
He has the skill to play now.
He has the game to play now.
He lacks the strength to play now - as one of the youngest players in the draft, he simply needs his body to mature to compete against men. I can't see it's reasonable to suggest this is three years away.
