It's not like he didn't attempt to trade Cammy, teams like the Ducks, Sharks, pretty much any playoff team could have used a scorer like Cammy but they didn't want to trade their late 1st for him. But since 1sts are valued a lot more now, I still think Cammy could have managed a 2nd and a prospect. I bet a team like Anaheim would've done a lot better in the playoffs with Cammy in their lineup.
Anyway, we used to have a GM who accepted trades that were not in our favor. It's good to know we have a guy like Burke (and now Treliving in office who will be hard to negotiate with rather than a walk in the park deal with Feaster in favor of the opposition.
