Add 50+ lbs for the ball and hitch if you want to pull something up to 7,200 lbs (weight distribution hitch) and you've maybe got 400 lbs of available tongue weight. That means you can tow 2,600 - 4,000lbs.

That's without anything else in the vehicle...

Only replied as I was thinking about our trailer that isn't being used that weekend and I thought it could be do-able until I saw your vehicle.

Good luck though, maybe I'm wrong.
Thank you very much for considering helping out, but thank you even more for the info. Wouldn't have been very helpful if I blew my transmission on the highway.
I've never towed with any of my own vehicles, so really don't know anything about payloads and tow-ratings, I just figured if it says 7,200lb tow rating, I can safely tow 7,200lbs.

I have actually found a trailer, and luckily the people I will be renting from are only a few minutes away from where we need the trailer to be, and have offered to drop-off and pick-up, now that I know better than to trust my tow-rating.

Thanks again for the great info, and consideration.
