Walking my dogs and on 70th Street and 32nd Ave NW, a white with cream colour coloured ####su/havanese type smaller dog came across the street towards us... I went to go over to him(her) and he ran away through an alley... So sad, matted beyond what I have ever seen.
Went got and got my truck... Took a drive but no sight of him
