He took their crap without saying a word, iirc. It was his agent who had some things to say, and I don't blame him - it's his job.
Yakupov upon did everything asked of him, as best he could. He really got hung out to dry and was was made into the organization's whipping boy.

What crap did he take?
He has been pretty terrible in his time in the NHL, not played a minute of defense, acted like an ass on the few times he has scored and yet still is given a ton of minutes when he should be down in the minors.
He has done nothing asked of him unless they asked him to suck (which I doubt even the morons running the Oilers would do). He has got a pretty free ride from the Coilers.
