Reminds me of that show Pro's vs Joe's, wasn't often they included hockey in their competitions, but it did happen a few times. I'm pretty sure it was Clyve Drexler (NBA) that absolutely embarrassed himself on the ice. Mind you, no one was ever good at any of the hockey competitions, the one i'm specifically thinking of, had a puck in each of the 5 face-off circles, the contestant started at the goal line on one end, and had to get all 5 pucks into the net at the other end, they could skate the pucks all the way up, or shoot from wherever, and didn't have to get 1 puck at a time or anything, and I think the fastest time was in the 2 minute range (I could be off, I just remember it being hilarious and embarrassing for everyone).
It was an american show though, so a lot of these guys had never even seen ice before, let alone skate.

I definitely agree, the average hockey player is likely one of the most well rounded athletes.

EDIT: (since I helped derail the thread for the better part of the afternoon) You know what RGMG?! That Pro's vs Joe's isn't on TV anymore, I really enjoyed that show.
