How do you know that? First, there is no law I'm aware of that prevents law enforcement from entering personal information either publicly available or voluntarily given in to their database for permanent use. Second, I'd be curious to know if the CPS gave a signed undertaking or agreement to those who did submit their fingerprints at the open house, that they would not be entered into the database.
