use a mouse recorder program, there are tons out there
1. open incognito browser (ctrl+shift+n)
2. click bookmark you created to the vote site
3. pause 5-10 secs for page to load
4. click option 1
5. click vote
6. alt+f4 to close window
7. repeat steps 1-6 9999 times using recorder
