She is awful on the CBC and hasn't been any better when I heard her on the FAN 960. Perhaps there is other places she is on where she has been better or she has improved recently but based on what I have heard from her she proves a major problem that women face in hockey now, too often they are given roles they don't deserve or don't have the ability simply because they are a women.

It is hard for them to work their way up through the ranks and if the so called top women in the game are just rocketed to the top without gaining knowledge or learning properly then that could hurt women overall in gaining the more prominent roles.

I am sure eventually a women will get a GM role but considering how often those jobs and the jobs that lead into them go to ex-elite level mens hockey players it will be tough.

0 chance a women plays a legit game in the NHL without some massive change in the game.
