How about this? The 6 Israelis arrested were part of a Jewish terrorist organization. I'd like to see if the IDF will treat these guys the same way they treat Hamas. Will they send out Apache helicopters to bomb their neighborhoods, assassinate their leadership group and bulldoze their family homes?

The IDF can't go in and simply arrest the Palestinian suspects, because they have an entire infrastructure behind them to protect them. These were people being funded by Hamas. They have to go in with Apache helicopters, because Hamas is guarding the operatives.
Until the Palestinian Authority actually asserts the rule of law over its citizens, as opposed to actively funding them, Israel has no choice but to send in the military.
As for the 6 Jewish terrorists, they will stand trial and spend the rest of their lives in jail for murder and belonging to an illegal terrorist organization. It should also be noted that of the 6, some are minors (a word which implies at least 3 or half). I assume that you will equally be supporting the rights of those minors to be set free and escape any kind of detention? Or maybe they have to call their assault a "demonstration" first.
I just don't see how you can look at the way these two elected governments are dealing with this situation and conclude that it's the Israeli one that is being unfair.
