But arbitration is surely only considered by the player and agent when they think they either are going to get an offer they consider sub-standard, or have already received one that is sub-standard. Surely if the tentative talks have seen both parties in the same ball park, why would the player even consider filing? Doesn't make sense.

Suppose at least that as Colborne has filed it, we can walk away if they rule in his favour.

Like I said, be interesting to see what we offered and what he wants and how far apart the 2 valuations are.
