Kevin Glenn is always going to be as good as the guys around him. He is the master of the dink and dunk so if he has talented receivers that can turn those into big plays he is good. If he has receivers that can get open so he doesn't have to make a tough throw he is fine. If he is expected to make big plays or tough throws he will wilt or just throw it away.

Calgary worked for him because he had a top level line and guys like Lewis, Cornish, Price, McDaniel who could turn his 5 yard passes into 30+ yard catches. He also had guys who would get open enough that he wasn't too scared to throw a pass.
