In what way? They've been changing rules and doing research into reducing risks associated with the chuckwagons for years. Unfortunately it hasn't exactly seemed to bare fruit at this point but that's how that's how they are trying to address it.
What would be your solution though? I don't want animals to needlessly die and if you got a a plan to stop it I'm all ears. Stopping the chuckwagons kills the horses though, so I'm at a lost. To me, I'd rather see the select and lucky few see their twentieth birthday growing up with a loving family doing what they've been bred and trained to do all their lives as opposed to being shot on their 6th birthday. Do you disagree?
And this is about chuckwagons, not any other animal cruelty you want to throw in your retort.
