It is tough to tell because the image is low quality but it looks like the truck has side view mirrors that are a single piece (like all the vehicles now-a-days) which would make the truck a 92 through 96 model. Pre-92 they used those mirrors which were attached on a triangular metal piece.

I would definately say 92-96 Green Ford F-150, standard cab, long box.
