Yeah it's kind of unfortunate, in south flow departures off the new runway bank away from the airport and go right over Rundle, unlike north arrivals which go right over Sunridge Mall. That said, he lives about the same distance as I lived off the end of runway 29... to say it drowns you out is a bit of an exaggeration. Panorama and Castleridge/Falconridge have dealt with it forever. Life will go on for Rundle, and lucky for them it's only in south flow anyway.

"Every 5 minutes, huge aircraft.... 767's landing in and SCREAMING!"

I had to stop watching it after that. Sorry. I hope that guy's not your uncle.
