Bobby Clarke was a dirty SOB, but one has to wonder how much of that was due to environment.
More importantly for me, he was a leader - a leader who simply REFUSED to lose. And he led his team face-first.
Despite the dirtiness (which I wasn't a fan of) I had a tremendous amount of respect for Clarke as a competitor and a leader and a hockey player.
Edit: point being that I am hoping that Bennett becomes a similar type of player (without some of the dirtiness)

In some ways the team that Treliving/Burke are trying to build looks like the Flyers from their cup days, with added speed of course, more than the LA Kings model to me.
