I also hate the "i called your employee and they have not called me back" phone call.
UCB: "When did you call them?"
Dummy Client: "5 mins ago"
UCB: "lets give them some time to respond to your message"
But wait, sometimes I get this in response
Dummy: "I didn't leave a message"
