Anyone know the criteria for obtaining a work permit in the UK for the PL? I'm referring to Joel Campbell who has been refused one for the last three years yet has been able to play elsewhere in EU on loan (France, Spain and Greece) .
The club has to guarantee a certain number of games or he has to do keepsy upsies in front of immigration?
