Although I didn't stay in Rome with AirBnB, I did just stay in Westbank last weekend for three nights there. I will definitely attest to the website being great. My only problems were when owners would take a while to get back to you if their places were already booked or not. We got a great place (2 bed 2 bath condo on a golf course) for much cheaper than any decent hotel. We'll use them again.
