Okay, I thought I would just add my opinion, which might be useful as I have experienced sex with both - circumsized and uncircumsized.
This is probably a good time to tell you all, I am a chick.
With that said, circumsized, all the way!
I would never stop sex or dump somebody based purely on what his penis looked like, however in past situations when my partner was uncircumsized, I was less eager to perform oral sex. I'm not saying I didn't, but I definately do it more often in a relationship where he is.
From a female perspective, if this "desensitization" after the procedure really does occur - and I have no reason to believe it does - then that would definately work in our favour, as the more stimulation needed, the longer the sex, the better it is. Girls are not generally looking for guys who are fast, unless they are really, really bad and they just want to get it over with.
Talking with my female friends, I have never encountered a single female that perferred uncircumsized. There are girls out there that detest them, however I've never encountered a girl who detests when they are circumsized. I'm not saying they aren't out there, so don't get upset toque-sporters, but if you're weighing the options between cleanliness versus sensitivity, you should also weigh in the greater percentage that one has to actually get laid if his penis looks pretty.
Is this shallow? Perhaps. But as I stated earlier, it's a lot better for fellatio. It's not necessarily an asthetic thing, such as breast size for males, it's a performance thing.
On top that, regardless of how stringent your cleaning habits may be it isn't going to matter after a long day at work, being in a hot place, after playing sports etc... a circumsized penis has a much better chance. Plus all you uncircumsizers out there, trust me, you don't know how many of those awesome, random times you've missed out on that occur much more often when it's circumsized.
I hope I didn't ruin anyone's self esteem. Hey, it's not what the army looks like, it's how you use it, right? Plus, this is just my opinion, I definately do not represent the entire female sex.
