Maybe more, maybe less. I liked a comment in another thread which spoke about the difference between singular isolated players vs a team.
IMO, we are icing a very unique team next year. One that I feel may even be tighter than last year. Sure, we may have a "lower quality" crew this year, but I feel like the synergies from the team will play a huge factor in the production.
I feel like if we only feed our "star player", it's easy for the other team to shut down that player and nullify our attack. But if we have a mandate to pass to anyone open, the spread of the goals and randomness makes us a really tough and frustrating team to play against. Imagine the confusion some of the teams may face if McGrattan, Bollig or Engelland makes 4-6 shots during a game then nothing the next as they protect the kids while they Gatling gun shots at the opposing team. (Not necessarily saying it will happen though)
I feel this may aid our durability as well as any team cannot focus on a single player consistently during a night and not open themselves up to a dangerous goal scoring situation, or a fist to the face. (One can hope, right?)
Random comment, I personally am leaning towards calling this Treliving's team because of how quiet Burke is. Anyone have reasons for saying it's still more Burke than Treliving? I'm curious to what they may be.
