$100 is very reasonable. When i get insurance lawyers/ambulance chasers requesting charts, I bill out more than that.
This probably holds more true for older practitioners near retirement (more likely to have paper charts). The cost to convert to e-charting is huge, despite the deal AHS swung with a couple of software companies a few years back. It is very expensive to securely store thousands and thousands of paper charts, to have someone retrieve them, to have someone photocopy...
