The Minnesota Wild are pleased to announce a pair of trades:
The first sees the team acquire blueline prospect Braydon Coburn in exchange for prospect TJ Oshie and the rights to Rem Murray.
The second deal sees Peter Bondra return to the organization along with Jeff Halpern in exchange for Steve Sullivan and Jay Pandolfo

GM Farhall commented.

"In the first deal we acquire a prospect that had before and like a lot. Braydon is a guy that we can call up this season in case of injury and is very close to having an impact with our team. The second deal was an effort to upgrade our offensive punch by bringing in a guy that has demonstrated to score big goals throughout his career. Meanwhile Jeff will centre our 3rd line but does have the ability to step up to the 2nd in the event of injuries."
