Yup and that's part of the problem. I doubt any team that thinks they might be under the floor will lose their 1st round selection. Then the money penalty probably means nothing to a guy like Pegula. Better off paying fine than keeping Ehroff or signing a long term deal with big money to a ufa that can never live up to contract. What was the other penalty? I think office personnel get suspended.
