That said, when you are filling the team with kids it does make them feel protected. McGrattan is great in the locker room. So keeping a couple of these guys around isn't the end of the world.

Reading your post one would think you're comparing Bollig to Steve MacIntyre...
Bollig is a guy who played ten mins a night on one of the deepest forward rosters in the league. He's not just a goon. He can be an effective fourth liner for us - in addition to being a physical presence / deterrent.
