Love all these 'Bennett was a no-brainer' comments...
The Flames could have chosen someone else/. And many fans were whining about exactly that happening.
Bottom line is this: the Flames took Monahan last year and Bennett this year.
So can we stop with all the "Flames always go off the boards, have to be smarter than everyone else" garbage?
