Bollig just seems like low hanging fruit to me. Would love to be proven wrong though, and I have been many times so I am prepared to be again.

What's silly is taking an argument to the extreme to try to make a point.
No one ever said trade
every pick. They traded
one pick for a useful player.
And even though it is early in the rebuild, the fact of the matter is that the Flames have a
ton of prospects. Remember the prospect-ranking exercise last summer? There were still quality prospects to vote for beyond 20th on the list.
They could afford this and it was a solid pick-up.
