I hope he's just blowing smoke, because it seems like management has been preparing the fanbase for an off the board Ritchie pick at #4 for some time now.
Not that he isn't a fine player but I would be really disappointed if they took him at 4. And after all the heat the team took for the Jankowski reach I'm not sure they could get away with another one.
