As mentioned, it depends on what happens with #1. Looks like most of the trading partners are going after a centre and likely Buffalo as well, so if that's the case yes either could drop, but either could be taken above us, and one of them will be by Edmonton. And if Ekblad is gone before 3, we won't have either of them.
So, if they're really interested in those guys in particular, it makes sense to try and get to #2.
What would be really great is getting to #2 without giving up #4, but that's unlikely.

Best case scenario for sure, walking out with two of the top four or lets say a Richie would be and outstanding draft by any accounts, but to get that we would probably have to give up assets no one wants to give up. Backlund I think for sure would be involved in a deal like that ( Sob, sniffle, face palm) however the end result has to dictate.
