Today has the final matches in Groups E and F. Just about anything can happen in Group E: France could be eliminated (remote, but possible), Honduras could qualify, there could be a three-way tie for first through third, or there could be a three-way tie for second through fourth!

- Goes to tiebreaks vs. Ecuador with a loss
- Goes to tiebreaks vs. Switzerland with a loss and Switzerland win

Ecuador:
- Qualifies with a better result than Switzerland
- Goes to tiebreaks vs. France with a win
- Goes to tiebreaks vs. Switzerland with the same result as Switzerland
- Goes to tiebreaks vs. Honduras with a loss and Honduras win
- Eliminated with a worse result than Switzerland

Switzerland:
- Qualifies with a better result than Ecuador
- Goes to tiebreaks vs. France with a win and France loss
- Goes to tiebreaks vs. Ecuador with the same result as Ecuador
- Goes to tiebreaks vs. Honduras with a loss and Ecuador loss
- Eliminated with a worse result than Switzerland

Honduras:
- Goes to tiebreaks vs. Switzerland and Ecuador with a win and Ecuador loss
- Eliminated with a draw, loss, Ecuador win, or Ecuador draw

Bosnia and Herzevogina:
