The replay shows first contact is when the Greek players leg hits the Cote D'Ivoire players foot trying to shoot. Greek player wisely initiates "I got shot mode", game over. So credit to the Greek player for doing what he needed to. Realistically its irrelevant because neither team has much chance of winning, still a pretty ridiculous way to go out.
