Thanks CaptainYooh I wondered if something like that was a possibility. I had something similar where a tenant of mine and a neighbour got off on the wrong foot or something and he (the neighbour) would call me and yell at me about them having too many cars (they had no more than him), the quality of their cars, how they did things, everything. He video taped them, my tenants were actually afraid of the guy. He was trying to sell the house and was saying she was making it more difficult to sell (ignoring the other people on the street that had more cars or worse ones).
It was so weird too, he was super nice up to that point.
It only went away when he sold the house, they get along great with the new neighbours.
Frustrating when people decide to be problems but seemingly nothing can be done about it.
OP if you go the SoC route please share how that went, I'm very interested.
