Wanna hear something freaky about that religion? They believe that 44,000 people are going to heaven. The rest of the believers are going to some place that may not be as cool as heaven, but is better than hell. Actually, IIRC it's earth, post apocalypse.

So yeah, the 44,000. God let's you know if you're one of them, and dad believes that he is. So he's a special JW. So special in fact, that he had his daughter (my ex) booted from the religion for dating me. (Actually, it was because he was recording the phone calls in the house, and she was telling her friend about our first or second date and that we fooled around a little in my car afterward). (god only knows what he'd do if he knew what we did since then).
