Yeah there's absolutely sellers getting tickets before they are available to the public and tossing them on StubHub at inflated cost, no doubt about it.
Just going by the local market, don't Avison Young Club members get early access to most/all Saddledome events? Not an unreasonable to jump conclude the brokers use similar accounts in all major markets and essentially purchase early tickets to every event.
