Boston - No (Bergeron, Krejci - same division)
Buffalo - Maybe (same division)
Carolina - Maybe (If big shake-up and Staal, Staal are taking ice time)
Chicago - Unlikely (cap issues)
Colorado - Unlikely (if Statsny re-signed, Duchene, MacKinnon, O'Reilly)
Dallas - Maybe (would be behind Seguin)
Detroit - Unlikely (Datsyuk, Zetterberg - same division)
Los Angeles - No (Kopitar, Carter, Stoll, Richards)
Minnesota - Maybe
NY Rangers - Yes (if buyout Brad Richards)
New Jersey - Yes
Philadelphia - Unlikely (cap issues and Giroux, Schenn, Couturier, Lecavalier)
Phoenix - Maybe (internal cap issues)
Pittsburgh - No (Crosby, Malkin)
San Jose - Maybe (if trade Thornton)
St. Louis - Yes
Tampa Bay - Unlikely (would be 2nd line behind Stamkos - same division)
Washington - Maybe (would be 2nd line behind Backstrom)
Based on looking at each team, the only real landing spots I see for Spezza are St. Louis, Anaheim, and NY Rangers, with San Jose and New Jersey as wildcards.
