Tampa and Colorado both had great seasons under their new coach, but Colorado was way more impressive. Why would people think Cooper deserves it more than Roy?
They jumped from 29th place, to a Division championship in the incredibly tough Central division. Also they didn't completely rely on their goalie. Varlamov definitely helped, but they played fine with Giguere in net. Without Bishop, Tampa was a dumpster fire.
Gotta be Roy over Cooper, and it's not even close.
