Just like she let every major mistake Campbell made go.

So after close to ten years of failure and letting the Liberals off the hook, who do the NDP go to? A guy who has barely any more leadership skills, but to make sure the Liberals were safe they also made sure he was one of the only guys with any connections left to the reason they've been a laughing stock since '99.

The NDP had access to more than one great candidate and instead they chose the one guy who would give the Liberals an opening. BC NDP can't save themselves from themselves, the entire leadership needs to be purged. But the Liberal leadership is shrewd enough to know they can't be as obnoxious as they were through the early 2000s. That political capital they gained by simply "Not being Glenn Clark's NDP" is all but gone. If the NDP end up with someone even half competent during the next election cycle, they could be in trouble.
Not to mention they've done just about done everything they can to alienate themselves from the public sector employees and various unions. The teachers' strike isn't even getting the usual 50/50 blame from the public. People are fully pissed at Clark and rightfully so.
