It ain't popular in BC though, and it's not just First Nations that are displeased with the idea.
NDP are a strong leader away from being in power for 10 - 15 years in BC. Liberals can't keep playing with fire with doing stuff that smacks directly into the face of the voters.

If the people don't want it, the Liberals will put it to a referendum so they don't have to make a choice.
