It matters on hills, which you said was the only part you really needed/used the electric drive for.

But fine, take the weight out of it if you want, and you're still claiming to be able to keep up with a world class athlete, who is riding on tires that are 1/3 the width and 2-3 times the pressure, and is a hell of a lot more aero.

So now are you gonna tell me why rolling and air resistance to matter?
