Everyone reacts different to small changes in Rx. Some will notice huge improvements, others barely anything. I frame my recommendation around that.
It likely got worse the last time you made a change because of your age. Changing the Rx does not cause a change at this point.
We tend to undercorrect for people on the computer all day. Not sure if that applies to you.
