Looks like $12.6M (you probably calculated before the correction).
That is with 8 forwards (including Gaudreau), 5 D and 1 goalie (and SOB buried).
That would leave at least 5 forwards, 2 d and 1 goalie open and they'd need to average $1.6M to hit the floor. Should be doable without a strain even if you assume some rookies make the team.
