The Flames will be somewhat hard pressed to meet the cap minimum. Most players that you could consider for this would make this a more difficult problem.
Maybe Shane O'Brien. He's likely not coming back as a Flame anytime soon and I could imagine the roster spot on the Heat might be better used.
