Ya but its not anything that's detrimental to your future health, my brother had his broken in a hockey fight in house league of all places. He had to get surgery but its all good now. Just someone looking for a pay day, I know personally if I was drunk and "not totally innocent" I wouldn't be looking for compensation for my poor decisions
