I love Garry's Mod Prop Hunt, it's the game I probably play the most on Steam.
Steam ID is TorqueDog - add me. I usually play on Build Box #5: Prop Hunt - 74.91.115.31:27015 and Build Box #6: Prop hunt - 74.91.119.132:27015.
They have a physics mod (it isn't sv_gravity) that allows a lot of prop parkour which makes the game even more fun, opening up tons of new hiding spots.
Downside to both of those servers is yeah, tons of teenagers and kids on it so you will find yourself muting a lot of players. And they have a really facile approach to swearing... you get warned for it... all the while they have F3 audio taunts with swears in them. Idiotic, but a small price to pay.
