It is also worth noting that our office vacancy rate has increased, but nowhere near where it was predicted to go once The Bow and EAP East got occupied. We are still under 10% if I am not mistaken, and there were predictions of being up in the 15-20% range.
As for the tallest being built outside of Toronto I can't hear you over the rebar and concrete currently being poured for Brookfield Place building one. Which will become the new tallest outside of Toronto when topped off, surpassing The Bow.
