As an update to yesterday it is amazing how people can change how they think when both sides present their evidence. The second quoted comment really is telling for me on behalf of the defence, "victim" admits he was as fault also, but when he realizes the guy could be famous he decides to proceed. If Ferland was hit first I am amazed that he stopped at one punch.
