Want Mike Richards if available because he's a leader and winner and has a huge compete level. Plus he can be traded for a lot at the deadline in 1-2 years because he's a great playoff performer. But our centres are still good. Backlund will get better with playing time and needs playing time. The Glencross brings some truculence, scoring and leadership. Steve Downie is good for 30-40 points and a lot of truculence. Gaudreau proved he can play against men in the WC. Monahan who's pretty much Arnold 2.0, and they've had chemistry at the development camp. Colborne is often hanging around the net and that's where Gaudreau will put it. Baertschi can really benefit from a creative veteran, Hudler. And Stajan off his new extension should teach Sven some more D. Bouma is a beast and I'm sure will earn more playing time. Reinhart could be replaced by Galiardi if we qualify him but we need to see if Reinhart can take his game to the next level. Morin is in a Colborne situation but we could offer sheet him at 1.2m and wouldn't pay a pick. CHI won't be able to afford him. Or trade a 4th/5th for him. D.Jones can hopefully bounce back but I have no problem with him sitting in the presser and helping us make the floor. Big Ern provides leadership and truculence.
