And when the NHL takes away the Flames 1st round draft pick because they are under the Salary Cap Floor would you still be happy the Flames traded Giordano?
I don't know what the actually penalties would be for being under the cap floor, but I don't think you have taken in consideration the salary cap floor in your thinking.
